Had Enough Moderation

Why are we playing with these people? They hijacked our airplanes, blew up our buildings, slaughtered our people and now they are mailing us poison. Yet, we are tiptoeing around the Middle East trying not to offend anyone except Israel, the one country that likes us. Where are the B-52s? Why isn't the area where the terrorists live level ground yet? Why haven't we started pouring napalm into those caves? At least we engaged the enemy in World War II. In this war (which we have failed to declare) we seem to be afraid our equipment might get dented. Don't we have some neutron bombs lying around someplace that would let death penetrate those caves?

Here at home, there isn't a day goes by that I don't have to listen to some snotty nosed bedwetting "peace at all costs" creep, crying about how awful it is that civilians are dying in a war. These people are almost as bad as the terrorists. The only difference between the peace creeps and the terrorists is that the peace creeps are cowards AND stupid. I was listening to this "student" being interviewed for some network and he was saying we should stop the war and simply "arrest" the alleged terrorists and try them in an international court sanctioned by the UN.

Let's see if I have this straight. This alleged student, thinks we should stop bombing, send a car around with a warrant, pick up Osama bin Laden, his henchmen, and the Taliban leaders, and bring them to the international courthouse for arraignment. Then we can set bail and they'll show up for their trial. Then the UN, (an organization that just voted Syria to the Security Council) will appoint some independently minded judges and we'll have a trial. This is a university student. The universities should be embarrassed that they are churning out these morons. Aren't the universities charged with providing education? How does this staggering pile of ignorance manage to get through his classes day to day?

The rest of the media is focused on Anthrax. They aren't focused on what we are going to do about it, just the events of the day. I want to know, why they can't track down at least the source of one of these letters or one of these acts of direct sabotage. I want to know what the government is going to do once we determine who is behind this. I want to know which country is next in line for bombing. I don't want to hear the endless whine about whose anthrax was more powerful than whose. I don't want to hear pointless political accusations that the reaction to treat people was slower for postal workers than Senators. And I sure as hell don't want to hear the same old tired crap that it is because of racism or because the postal workers weren't rich. What a bunch or twaddle.

In Dallas, letter writers were actually having a battle about the patriotism of people who drove SUVs. Liberals and environmentalist weenies are still dumb, irrational and stupid. One couldn't expect a little thing like an attack on their country to wise them up.

We are being told that most of Islam condemns the terrorists. We are being told that "moderate" or mainstream Moslem beliefs do not subscribe to these kinds of attacks and killings. But when it was only happening to the Israelis, US Embassies, and US troops stationed in the Middle East, the moderate Moslems had no problem with the terrorists. Now that they are faced with an angry superpower, suddenly the terrorists are just awful. Not awful enough for the moderate Moslems to actually do something about, but awful enough for them to privately condemn in the face of an enraged America. Publicly, they have to placate their "moderate" public by signing on to the "Great Satan" description of the United States. By the way, is the notion that being deceitful liars in the Koran or is that merely an interpretation?

So, to sum up. The United States needs to: Declare War. Step up the bombing 1000%. Ignore Islamic Holidays. Deport all holders of temporary visas. Find out why our students are so dumb and stop kowtowing to the so-called moderate Moslems. Peace and Love.
